2025 Booth Space Selection

Priority booth space selection is open to all past FRI exhibitors that submit the 2024 Space Appointment Request Form. After priority selection, booth selection will be open to all industry companies that wish to exhibit. Full dates at bottom of page.

Priority Space Selection Process

Step 1 - Complete a Space Selection Appointment Request
Wednesday, August 21 Deadline

  

Step 2 - Booth Selection Appointments
September 16 - September 20, 2024

Appointment details via email by Sept. 10 for booth space selection based on FRI Priority Points order (details below). Each exhibitor has 10 min to select a booth by a Phone Consult (via Zoom) or via the Online Contract, must use personalized Booking Code/email. All details will be emailed prior to the appointment. Should an exhibitor miss their appointment, they can contact IAFC exhibits or reserve a booth online, please note space selection will continue.
