2025 Booth Space Selection

Priority booth space selection is open to all past FRI exhibitors that submit the 2024 Space Appointment Request Form. After priority selection, booth selection will be open to all industry companies that wish to exhibit. Full dates at bottom of page.

Priority Space Selection Process

Step 2 - Booth Selection Appointments
September 16 - September 20, 2024

Appointment details via email by Sept. 10 for booth space selection based on FRI Priority Points order (details below). Each exhibitor has 10 min to select a booth by a Phone Consult (via Zoom) or via the Online Contract, must use personalized Booking Code/email. All details will be emailed prior to the appointment. Should an exhibitor miss their appointment, they can contact IAFC exhibits or reserve a booth online, please note space selection will continue.

      Appointment Selection Order

• Appointments for booth space selection are based on the following priority points order:
  • 2024 GEM Status
  • 2024 Conference Partner Status
  • All remaining Priorty Point holders with completed appointment requests
• Appointment times are divided into 3 sections: GEM Partners, then Conference Partners, followed by General Exhibitors
• If multiple companies have the same number of points, priority is based upon the timestamp of the Space Application for the current year’s show.
• ALL exhibiting companies, regardless of point status MUST complete a Space Appointment Request Form.

2024 Selection Schedule

• August 21: Space Selection Appointment Requests Close 
• September 10: Appointment notifications sent to all applicants 
• September 16 - 20: Priority Space Selection Appointments 
• September 30: General Sales Open
