Your organization can continue on its’ way, even if it has no way. As leaders, we must combine Strategic Leadership and Visionary Planning to look beyond immediate challenges to ensure purposeful growth and success.
The problem is, how do the “boots on the ground” know if they are putting a point on the strategic plan scoreboard or walking out the vision? To the members, the vision are just words on a wall and the strategic plan is just a document collecting dust.
If your vision is not accepted, it is not effective and indifference to the vision leads to a disaster in the organization. Strategic Leaders must understand who is responsible for carrying and casting vision and how the organization can move through trying times.
This session will actively engage the members through discussion and real-world incidents to understand how we can be uncertain about the future but not unclear about who we are.
Learning Objectives:
Understand the importance of visionary strategies for long-term departmental success and growth.
Cultivate strategic vision, developing members who adapt to evolving challenges and opportunities.
Innovate leadership practices, fostering excellence in the organization
Inspire a culture of strategic thinking and innovation among personnel.
