In this session, we will discuss emergency operations for the company officer. Included in this class will be creating an incident action plan that keeps your people safe, adapting to changing dynamics, using leadership to coordinate teams and manage the incident, and analyzing ongoing risks and developing strategies to mitigate those risks. During the session, you will participate in discussion and real life scenarios will be broken down and discussed.
