Dave Frost, PhD, RKin, CSCS

Dr. Dave Frost is a technical advisor to the IAFF and IAFC, an NFPA technical committee member for Emergency Responders Occupational Health, Chair of NFPA 1583, the Standard on Health-Related Fitness Programs for Fire Department Members, and an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto. He also oversees the IAFF’s Fit To Thrive (F2T) program, is a project manager for the IAFF/IAFC Wellness-Fitness Initiative, and serves on an advisory panel for mental health amongst first responders for the Ontario government.
