Stephanie Holloman proudly serves as Assistant Chief and Human Resources Director for the Orange County Fire Authority, a regional fire service agency that serves 23 cities in Orange County and all unincorporated areas. Prior to joining the Orange County Fire Authority in August 2020, she served in management and executive management positions in the cities of Los Angeles and Riverside. The OCFA employs approximately 1600 safety and non-safety employees. The OCFA protects over 2 million residents and visitors from its 78 fire stations located throughout Orange County.
Recognized in 2023 by HRO Today as a National Leader of Distinction, Chief Holloman has led award-winning Human Resources teams that were recognized for their accomplishments in the areas of leadership development, employee safety, and innovative return-to-work programs. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, workforce development, diversity and inclusion programs, policy development, safety and training.
Chief Holloman holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School.
