Richard is the Fire Apparatus Manager for the Prince George's County Fire/EMS Department in Maryland. He served as Firefighter with the Fairfax County Fire & Rescue in Virginia for 20 years, before moving to Florida to become the Operations Chief in Clearwater, Fl. for 11 years. Ricky has been involved in the fire apparatus industry for over 25 years including purchasing, specification writing, deliveries and equipment mounting. He also consults on apparatus purchasing through Traditions Training, LLC. to help departments with the challenging new world of apparatus purchases and deliveries.
