Chris Gorman
I am currently the Director of Support Services at Lacey Fire District 3 in Lacey, Washington. The aim of Support Services is to care for the behavioral health needs of firefighters, medics, and their families as well as care for the citizens they serve. I am also a crisis responder and an on-call Chaplain. Prior to this current roll I was in vocational ministry for over 28 years as a Youth Pastor, Church Plant Pastor, and the Regional Minister for the NAB Northwest Region. I have 17 years of experience in premarital and marital counseling. I am an Academic Faculty Mentor for Kairos University and am in the process of getting my doctorate in cultural engagement. More importantly, I have been married to Kristi for the last 31 years, and have three kids: Jaden (22), Grace (20), and Josiah (18). As a family we enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such pickleball, golf, hiking, fishing, skiing, and snowmobiling.
Jordyn Craig
I currently serve as the Program Manager of Support Services at Lacey Fire District 3 in Lacey, Washington. Support Services provides direct care for the behavioral health needs of First Responders and their families, in combination we are also utilized to bring advocacy and social work within the homes in our communities. I also serve as our department’s on-call Chaplain. Prior to this position at Lacey Fire I worked as a 911 Dispatcher, Registered Behavioral Therapist and the Unit Manager for Residential Care Services leading intakes for the licensing division of all Long Term Care Facilities in Washington State. The majority of my experience comes from Long Term Care Facilities and the working knowledge on how these facilities can impact call volume for the 911 systems. Above all, my greatest achievements are within my home. I am married to my husband Bryce who is a Lt. Firefighter and Paramedic, we have my stepson Cruz (13) and our beautiful daughter Sloane (1). We are a busy family that enjoys watching our kids play sports, walks in the sunshine, travelling to warm places and funny movies.
