Captain Andrew Piskorowski is an instructor for both fire and EMS continually expanding breadth and depth in the craft to help shape aspiring and veteran firefighters in their career at the Brighton Area Fire Authority. Captain Piskorowski's looks to continually adapt material to the level of skill and life experience of the students. In addition to building the intial recruit training prorgam and instructing both the academy and veteran staff, Captain Piskorowski uses multiple effective methods and practices for teaching new skills and concepts. Captain Piskorowski is the Google Admin for the department, organizing the Google workspace and creating process flows for tasks such as overtime approval, training requests and managing Google Classrooms. With a background in data analysis and process implementation, Captain Piskorowski contributes to social media, public information, websites, IT management, and internal and external content and procedures, positively impacting the Authority.
